Explaining Shoulder Pains
Shoulder pains are sometimes hard to explain because of the fact that it could be caused by any number of movements. Think about how often you use your shoulders and what you would do with out them. Almost every movement we make causes us to use our shoulders either for lifting, balance, or as a hub to make other things move. This makes the shoulder the most mobile joint in the whole body. Knowing this, you would like to keep them as healthy as possible.
