Many people have heel pain, and the live with it until it is unbearable. Fixing the problem early, before it is a big problem, can make a big difference. Now, new research shows conventional treatment, combined with a specific stretch, can bring lots of pain relief, as well.
The new study shows that a specific stretch can also help patients get pain free. This stretch is done by when the toes are stretched back and pressure is applied to the tender spot on the heel. It's done for ten seconds, ten times.
